Rowdy Roosters Farm

Hi, my name is Jessica and my Husband, the backbone of the farm is Joe.  I am just a millennial who found love in raising animals, raising our own food, growing flowers, and getting dirty and my husband is here to help make all my dreams happen.  My passion is teaching others about the farm and helping people get relief of stress and anxiety through the farm animals.

Rowdy Roosters Farm got its name when we moved to South Carolina from Maryland in 2016.  Life was chaotic with 3 little boys running around, first time farm owners with chickens, goats, donkeys, full time jobs and something crazy always happening on the farm.

Over the last few years we found what worked for us and what didn't and in 2020 we really found our passion.  We started raising cows and pigs and found that raising our own meat and produce was so rewarding.  After being in healthcare during the trenches of Covid I decided that I wanted to try and grow flowers, and not just ones around the house, I wanted a big flower garden, so of course my husband helped make that happen.  In 2022, that was my first year ever growing and selling fresh cut flowers.  It has brought me so much happiness to just walk out and see what we have worked so hard for and the smile it brings to peoples faces when they're delivered.  This year 2024,  we bought our first 2 highland cows and started offering private photography sessions, and plan to offer more private events throughout the year.

We are working really hard to grow our farm, but please give us grace as we do still have full time jobs and 3 boys that have us busy at all times.  We hope that you all follow along and enjoy this crazy ride with us!
