BY BOOKING WITH US, THAT MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE LIABILITY WAIVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THE WAIVER HERE, YOU WILL BE ASKED UPON ARRIVAL.
While our animals are not aggressive and are handled daily, we cannot be held responsible if one decides to peck, nibble, kick or bite. They are still animals by nature. We have never had any issues in the past and we will do our best to prevent it but please use precaution and listen to our staff members during your time at the farm.
Due to the safety of our animals and children: Infants, toddlers and/or children whom are unable to follow instruction will not be permitted to handle animals directly. This is because they do not understand the proper technique in handling the animals. At the farm members discretion, the animals may be placed in a basket or run freely. We do not wish to harm any animals nor any children, due to poor safety handling of the animals.
During my event on the farm, I may be up close and near livestock including animals with horns. I agree to follow all signs, warnings, and instructions. I agree to follow all directions given by Rowdy Roosters Farm. I also acknowledge that the terrain could be rough and I must be careful of holes, fencing, gates, fire ants, and things of that nature. Additionally, there is electric fencing on the property. I agree not to open any gates, fencing, or go through any garages unless permitted. Children under the age of eighteen (18) years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians shall be responsible for their children during any farm session. I agree not to run, jump, yell, hit, grab, or such at any animals. This is their home, and I agree to respect them and their space.
By this Waiver, client assumes any risk, and takes full responsibility and waives any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property associated with and/or activities and events organized by Rowdy Roosters Farm members.
I understand and confirm that by agreeing to this WAIVER AND RELEASE I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have read this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress. My booking is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law.
I agree that while at Rowdy Roosters Farm, photos and videos may be taken of myself and my children. I authorize Rowdy Roosters Farm to share any photos or videos of myself and my children on social media, publications, websites, and promotional material. If you wish to opt out of photos posted on social media, please let us know upon arrival and we will make sure to fulfill those wishes.
